You must provide me with your credit reports in a timely manner. If you have not received them within the last 30 days, please let me know. It is YOUR Responsibility to make sure I get them. Once I get them, then we can proceed with handling any issues that you may have concerning your credit.
PAYMENTS DUE:
I am having a big problem with late payments. If you have a balance due and NO arrangements have been made with me, all work will STOP until payment is made.
